Terms and Conditions:

·         There is a one week trial period for saddles for standard sizes only. After the trial period, there are no refunds or exchanges. (Not sure if you are a standard size? Contact me)

·         Saddles with unique sizes will can be purchased at the non-custom price, but are non-refundable. For example if you want to order the “same saddle as XYZ from my barn, it fits my horse and I great”, but said saddle is a 17″ with a flap 4AB (long, forward flap), this is possible but it cannot be returned.

·         No fittings before ordering or post receiving the saddle will be provided.

·         No trade-ins are accepted on non-custom saddles.
